“We’ve been working with Kate Jennings for many years and her approach to executive coaching and training is very effective. Her work has led to improved performance, behaviours and relationships across our organisation. She’s able to connect with colleagues at all levels and bring out the best in employee performance, talent management and staff development. She brings a level of experience that helps move us forward and I would recommend her to others.”

Why use 3D Professional Development for your business coaching?
All our coaches are highly trained, have relevant industry experience, an outstanding coaching background and excellent interpersonal skills. However, coaching is a very personal undertaking and so before you commit to a series of coaching sessions with us, we recommend you have a chat beforehand to make sure the right chemistry is there.
Once on board we can arrange for your subsequent sessions to take place either on-site, by telephone or by Teams / Zoom etc.
We have access to an extensive range of psychological assessment tools that helps us identify your strengths and emotional intelligence.
Continual monitoring is a fundamental part of our coaching programme, so email/phone support is key to ensure progress. This support can continue after the coaching sessions have finished.
All receive their own supervision as part of their continued professional development.
How does the coaching process work?
The initial meeting with one of our business coaches is to establish a rapport and do a ‘chemistry check’. This session gives both parties the chance to assess that a good relationship can develop. It is a fact-finding meeting, so be prepared to talk about yourself, your business, your personal goals and your wish list of achievements.
During this first session, both short and longer-term goals are discussed. The number of subsequent meetings is flexible - as a rule of thumb we usually continue with between 4 and 7 sessions each lasting 2 hours and held at intervals of 4-6 weeks.
