What does this COURSE cover?

Wellbeing is good for business, as well as employees. Evidence shows that money invested in staff wellbeing repays itself more than four times in productivity and profitability.  In the midst of busy lives it is easy to forget about our wellbeing, with knock on effects to work and our personal lives. 

This practical session covers a wide range of techniques to build emotional and physical wellbeing. Delegates will leave with a toolkit that can be used immediately. 

This workshop will enable staff to: 

  • Understand what we mean by wellbeing and work-life balance  

  • Understand the key areas of wellbeing and how they’re interconnected  

  • Know how to manage energy levels throughout the day and week to build physical wellbeing  

  • Be able to identify and use a range of tools and techniques to support emotional wellbeing  

  • Understand how thought patterns, perception and beliefs affect our emotions, and learn techniques to manage these more effectively  

  • Use a range of ways to increase influence and control at work and home to become ‘stress resilient’ rather than ‘stressed out’  

  • Understand how to build effective, supportive relationships with colleagues  

  • Have a better understanding of what gives them and others energy and satisfaction at work
