What does this COURSE cover?

Being an effective leader involves noticing and responding to our team’s wellbeing, yet many managers are not sure how to. This practical course covers a wide range of techniques managers can use to support employees and build an effective approach to wellbeing. It will provide them with a range of practical techniques they can take away and use to address these issues as they arise in their team.  

This workshop will enable managers to:
