WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

Hybrid and virtual meetings can be very dull for everyone! There’s no doubt it’s harder to engage people virtually than it is face-to-face. When running a meeting, we all need to consider how to help attendees avoid the temptation to multi-task, and to ignore distractions on their computers or in their home environment. Then there are other challenges managers face in the virtual space, like meetings being dominated by loud people, while quieter attendees say nothing.  

Yet, well-run meetings are a chance to connect, increase productivity and move teams and projects and work forward. Learning how to engage people and keep them involved will make a difference to the experience and effectiveness of meetings. It will also help managers feel more confident when running them. This practical course covers all this and more to help delegates to chair more productive hybrid or virtual meetings.
