WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

It’s not always easy to persuade or influence others. Employees might be in a situation where they want to persuade their customers to buy their product, their team to buy into their project, or their colleagues to buy into their credibility. But, do they really understand what dynamics are at play and how to be at their most influential? 

This session will show them how. It’s a must for anyone wanting to develop their skillset. They’ll develop a range of approaches to persuade and influence and learn how to flex their style depending on the situation. They’ll be encouraged to reflect on their current influencing style, while also learning practical skills for rapport building and negotiation. The trainer will guide them through the factors that affect success and what they can do to maximise their persuasive powers.
