WHAT DOES THIS COURSE COVER?

When you’re in the same office as your team, many management and leadership tasks/functions happen smoothly and automatically. However, this is thrown into sharp focus when you some of your team are in the office and some are working from home, ie hybrid teams. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration, enabling all staff to have visibility, and spotting and managing tensions all become more challenging.

Hybrid managers must know how to plan and encourage coordinated independent working, as well as how to support those struggling to adapt. This live online training session provides a toolkit of techniques and processes to help them do just that. After completing this course, delegates will feel more confident in their ability to succeed as effective and efficient managers of hybrid teams.
