What does this COURSE cover?

Emotional intelligence is a key component of management effectiveness. Any leader with a high degree of emotional intelligence is better able to manage interpersonal relationships with empathy and good judgement. This, in turn, allows managers to lead confidently and more effectively, cultivating positive working environments with increased staff engagement and productivity.
